Competitive salary:
$150,000–$200,000 + base salary (DOE) Production-based bonuses $50K + sign-on/relocation package Medical/vision/dental insurance 401(k) with company match Generous CE stipend Responsibilities & Leadership
As our Medical Director, you’ll have clinical autonomy to practice your way while mentoring a dedicated team that values collaboration, learning, and community connection. You will lead a small-animal exclusive practice serving dogs and cats (with room for special interests) in a friendly, outdoorsy Northern California town. Provide medical leadership and direction across the practice Mentor and support clinical staff Contribute to growth and innovation to enhance services Ensure compassionate, high-quality patient care and client education About Our Hospital
