RF Catalytic Capital (RFCC) is currently seeking a dynamic and strategic Program Manager to join its $50 million Build the Shared Future initiative. This role is a fixed-term assignment with the possibility of extension, requiring a skilled project manager with 8-10 years of relevant experience in complex initiatives, ideally within international development, philanthropy, or policy. The successful candidate will manage projects, budgets, and grants for four ambitious projects under the initiative. They will work closely with project leads, ensuring strategic and operational priorities are met through effective communication and exemplary organizational skills. The Program Manager is responsible for driving overall progress tracking, supporting strategic data investments, and synthesizing information to inform advocacy efforts. Additionally, they will coordinate stakeholder engagement and contribute to strategic planning and communication efforts. The Program Manager will report to the Managing Director, Presidents Office at the Rockefeller Foundation. Responsibilities

Partner with project leads to track strategies, timelines, and deliverables. Lead progress and milestone tracking for all initiative projects. Coordinate cross-project activities and identify collaboration opportunities. Develop and maintain project management systems and reporting mechanisms. Facilitate regular coordination meetings at working and senior levels. Support reporting, grantmaking, and contracting for the initiative. Track grant disbursements, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with funding requirements. Develop initiative-wide budget reports and strategies. Lead the development and execution of a cross-cutting data investment strategy. Coordinate with external data partners to support initiative objectives. Requirements

Bachelors degree required; Masters preferred in public policy, international relations, or related fields. 8-10 years of experience in program management in relevant sectors. Expertise in one or more initiative content areas. Proven track record of managing complex, multi-workstream projects. Strong strategic and analytical skills. Experience with grantmaking, program reporting, and financial management. Demonstrated expertise in data analysis and strategic use of data for advocacy. Experience with stakeholder engagement and advocacy preferred. Comfortable with ambiguity and evolving priorities. Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaborative relationships.
