BluePearl Specialty and Emergency Hospital in San Antonio, TX is seeking a full-time boarded or residency‑trained veterinarian dermatologist to develop a new and highly demanded dermatology service. You will join a team including 4 criticalists, 7 surgeons, 2 internists, 2 oncologists and a radiologist, working closely with dedicated technicians to provide a rewarding and seamless experience for clients and patients. Our BluePearl veterinary hospital in the Stone Oak community serves the greater San Antonio metropolitan area. The approximately 19,000‑square‑foot hospital houses on-site MRI, CT, ultrasound and fluoroscopy. Board-certified specialists offer emergency and critical care, internal medicine, rehabilitation, oncology and surgery. Responsibilities
Develop and lead a new dermatology service at BluePearl San Antonio, including program design, protocols and service growth. Collaborate with a team of specialists (criticalists, surgeons, internists, oncologists, radiologist) and qualified technicians to deliver comprehensive patient care. Coordinate patient care across inpatient and outpatient services and support clients with education and follow-up plans. Qualifications
Board-certified dermatologist or residency-trained veterinarian eligible for dermatology certification. Full-time availability to establish and grow a dermatology program within the hospital. Location and Community
