Overview
Solution Architect to join our team in San Francisco, CA [Hybrid 2-3 days/Week Onsite is must]. Required Qualifications
7+ years of EWM experience, with at least 3+ years as Solution Architect or Lead Consultant. Experience with Pharma/Life sciences domain is a must. Proven track record in end-to-end EWM implementations, preferably in regulated or high-volume industries (e.g., pharma, life sciences, FMCG, retail, automotive, 3PL). Deep expertise in EWM functionality: inbound/outbound, yard logistics, automation integration, labor management, VAS, and serialization. Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics execution processes (receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, inventory management). Knowledge of automation technologies: conveyors, AS/RS, robotics, AGVs, RFID, IoT. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery and project management tools. Certifications in EWM, Supply Chain, or S/4HANA Logistics are highly desirable.
