About the Company
In collaboration with the Executive Vice President & Chief Clinical Officer (CCO), the Vice President in the Office of the Chief Clinical Officer (VP-CCO) will coordinate and integrate the strategy, operations, revenue, services, and evaluation of six Centers of Excellence (Hospital-Based Specialties, Surgical Care, Neuroscience & Behavioral Medicine, Heart and Lung, Goldberg Community Pediatric Health and Cancer and Blood Disorders) as well as the Children's National Rehabilitation and Specialized Care (CNRSC) and Telehealth Services.
About the Role The Vice President- Office of the Chief Clinical Officer will report to the CCO and will provide administrative and business leadership across all Centers of Excellence (COEs) under the CCO\'s purview.
Responsibilities
Oversight of business development and partner relationships for the six Centers will be accomplished through collaboration with the Chief Strategy Officer and aligned with the CEO\'s vision and strategic plan.
The VP-CCO must demonstrate strong leadership, collaboration skills, and drive accountability at both the individual and team levels.
They will foster a motivating, performance-driven environment and integrate the operations of the COEs within the CCO portfolio with other areas of the CNH enterprise.
A proven track record of establishing partnerships and building teams with other parties is an essential attribute of the successful candidate.
Qualifications Minimum Education
: Master\'s Degree. Master\'s Degree is required (Business Administration, Hospital Administration, Public Administration or another related field). Juris Doctorate (J.D.) preferred Or Medical Doctor (M.D.) preferred
Minimum Experience:
13 years. At least
13-18 years of progressive healthcare related experience
including management of budgets.
Minimum of 10 years supervisory/management experience in health-related entity . Must have strong negotiation skill set and evidence of experience with contracts in a healthcare or in a government agency related to healthcare.

- Demonstrated leadership, expertise in the areas of specialty with required certifications and licenses as applicable. Licensure as a health care provider with 20 percent clinical time may be desirable. Preferred
