Unparalleled Clinical Collaboration Work alongside a team of highly skilled specialists including:
5 Board-Certified Criticalists (DACVECCs) providing daily support for all hospitalized and ER cases.
Two Surgeons + Anesthesiologist + Resident for advanced procedures and complex care.
Internal Medicine support available every weekday.
7 full-time Emergency DVMs including a certified palliative care provider.
Competitive Compensation & No Non-Compete ProSal model with no negative accrual — your earning potential is fully in your control.
No non-compete clauses. We support your professional freedom and future growth.
Generous PTO – 120 hours annually, plus 4 days of CE-specific PTO and a $5,000 CE allowance.
