PAGNY is adding a Pediatric Neurosurgeon to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/Kings County. Kings County Hospital operates a world-renowned Level I Trauma Center, one of only three in Brooklyn, serving 2.6 million residents of Brooklyn and Staten Island. The hospital maintains a strong academic affiliation with SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University to support high healthcare delivery standards. Opportunity Details
Provide direct patient care, including on-site coverage in the Operating Room, Emergency Room, inpatient units, and clinic. Supervise, teach, and support staff and neurosurgical team members. Participate in weekly conferences and departmental meetings (e.g., Grand Rounds, QA, M&M). Provide Neurosurgery Clinic coverage as assigned. Participate in research initiatives and departmental projects as directed by the Chief of Service. Attend Director of Service and Critical Care meetings as needed. Qualifications
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Neurosurgery by the American Board of Neurological Surgery (ABNS). Completion of a Pediatric Neurosurgery fellowship. Active and unrestricted New York State Medical License. Per Diem Rate:
$125 per hour* PAGNY
