Area Director of Sales role at Noble House Hotels & Resorts. The position oversees the Sales functions for San Diego Mission Bay Resort, Estancia La Jolla and L'Auberge Del Mar. Responsibilities
Direct the day-to-day Sales Department to achieve the property mission and goals. Create an environment and culture of leaders with dynamic selling skills and a sense of customer urgency that meets the financial needs of the organization and surpasses customer expectations. Actively define, refine, and continuously improve processes, systems, and performances to foster leadership, innovation, education, and growth of each team member. Requirements
Experience within a hotel/resort environment Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management desired 10+ years of related and progressive sales experience in a similar organization 5+ years in a leadership role with solid knowledge of hotel service standards, guest relations, and etiquette Ability to lead others in the department by mentoring and providing training to meet/exceed guest expectations Results-driven with excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work AM, PM, weekend and holiday shifts as required by operational needs Compensation
$140,000 - $165,000 annually. Includes competitive pay, incentive package, insurance benefits, matching 401k, PTO, parking and meals. Culture
