Overview

Director, Business HR (HRBP) at Syneos Health. Provides HR leadership and development of HR strategies across a large business group, aligning business goals with HR initiatives and driving implementation across lines of business. Responsibilities

Provide coaching to drive high performance and develop talent strategies around organizational design, talent management and culture. Partner with Centers of Excellence to collect data insights and deliver talent strategies aligned to business outcomes. Advocate for employees, drive global engagement, and support the implementation of global HR strategies and services. Collaborate with regional HR teams to ensure needs are understood across geographies and strategies are implemented globally. Work with Legal, Finance, and other functional leaders to support strategic and operational needs. Manage HR activities including global employee engagement initiatives, change management, compensation and benefits, performance management, and succession planning. Develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives; perform day-to-day HRBP responsibilities. Use data-driven insights to advise leaders on performance, retention, and employee experience; support strategies related to people in assigned teams. Drive initiatives in global organization design, diversity, leadership development, and talent management processes. Develop growth-supporting HR approaches and oversee global engagement and culture initiatives. Serve as a subject matter expert on HR requirements and act as a senior HR contact for business unit leadership. Partner with Regional HR and Global Talent & Development to implement talent development activities and with Global Compensation on new program design. Analyze HR metrics and collaborate with regional HR to address local trends; cascade corporate and BU messages to reinforce performance and engagement. Coordinate with Executive Recruitment on evaluating candidates for executive positions. Qualifications

Undergraduate degree; graduate degree and/or HR certification preferred. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and solve problems; strong collaboration and influencing skills. Experience in a globally matrixed environment.
