Lead a collaborative, forward-thinking group of physicians and advanced practice providers. Drive Organizational Strategy:
Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team on system-wide performance and care delivery. Elevate Community Health:
Strengthen NAH’s position as a regional leader in access, equity, and population health. Key Responsibilities
Lead clinical operations with an emphasis on quality, regulatory compliance, and physician engagement. Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement. Maintain a 20% clinical practice component to ensure strong alignment with front-line care delivery. Represent NAH with external stakeholders at local, state, and national levels. Ideal Candidate Profile
MD or DO with board certification and Arizona medical licensure (or eligibility). Master’s degree (MBA, MHA, MPH) or advanced training in physician leadership strongly preferred. Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive leadership in an acute care setting, with at least 3–5 years at the senior executive level. Demonstrated success in leading clinical strategy, change management, and fostering interdisciplinary collaboration. Why Consider This Role
