Family Medicine Physician

to join an established outpatient clinic in Glen Rose, Texas.

Position Highlights:

Hospital employed position

Practice name is Lakeside Physicians

100% outpatient primary care, no OB available

4 day work week available

Clinic has a strong community reputation with a loyal patient base

Experience with APP supervision is a huge plus

Access to a full range of specialists within the healthcare systems

2+ years experience as a PCP preferred

Robust onboarding and outreach support with strong clinical staff

High-volume patient panel

Office space available

Share phone-only call schedule

Must be board-certified or board-eligible and have completed U.S. residency training

No visa support is available at this location

Location Description Lake Granbury Medical Center , accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations, is a 56-bed health care facility serving a market area of approximately 50,000 which is expected to double over the next 10 years. The hospital provides a full range of services including medical/surgical, intensive care, and full radiological services (including CT, ultrasound, bone density, mammography, nuclear medicine and MRI). Other services include a center for health and fitness, two primary care clinics, seven-bed intensive care unit, ambulance service, oncology and cardiac rehabilitation. There are 40 active staff physicians whose specialties include internal medicine, family practice, radiology, general surgery, pathology, podiatry, orthopedic surgery, OB/GYN, ENT, anesthesia, pediatrics, ophthalmology, gastroenterology and oncology.

Granbury and the surrounding Hood County offer a vibrant community with outdoor recreation on Lake Granbury, historical districts, and a growing population expected to exceed 96,000 in the next decade.
