Nocturnist
to join our established Hospitalist team in Steubenville, OH. We are committed to high-quality patient care in a supportive, collaborative environment. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a growing community focused on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Position Details PRN, 7 on/7 off schedule: Enjoy a predictable work-life balance with extended time off. Reasonable census: Manageable patient loads for focused care. Competitive PRN rates. Sign-on Bonus and Relocation Assistance available (with Full-Time status): Facilitate your transition. CME (5 days off), Professional Dues, and Certification Reimbursement (with Full-Time status). Malpractice and Tail Insurance (Modified Claims Made). Full Benefits Eligibility with CommonSpirit Health (with Full-Time status): Health, dental, vision, and a retirement plan with up to 6% match. What we are looking for: Focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Exceptional interpersonal skills and community engagement. Provide excellent patient experience daily. Academic opportunity: Emergency Medicine / Internal Medicine Residents and Interns on the floor nightly. Qualifications Current clinical competence with experience demonstrating quality and efficiency. Board certified or eligible. Current Ohio Medical Board licensure preferred. AHA BLS Certification. Effective communication and leadership skills, able to facilitate change. Participation in multidisciplinary rounds, accreditation, compliance, and regulatory activities.
