Our commitment to pay range transparency fosters an equitable workplace. The annual compensation range for this position is stated below. Salary Range: $138,700.00 - $208,100.00 Purpose Statement

Overall responsibility to deploy manufacturing operations strategy, control systems, tools and metrics to accurately measure progress, identify root causes, production capacity, quality and staffing issues and develop/implement corrective action plans. Key Job Accountabilities

Ensure compliance to all manufacturing, quality and regulatory requirements. Coordinate resources to ensure correct priorities are being addressed and forecast is attained. Implement programs that improve labor efficiency, on time delivery, continuous quality improvement, and other corporate or customer requirements. Lead the investigation of production issues to solve problems that would otherwise cause manufacturing delays. Assume overall responsibility for the manufacturing operations ensuring assembled hardware meets quality, cost, and delivery requirements by planning, organizing, and directing the flow of production. Exemplify and promote Plexus Core Values; focus on evaluating potential, driving succession planning, and ensuring employees receive development and coaching to realize their full potential. Education/Experience Qualifications

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred. Seven (7) years of related experience is required; one (1) or more years of equivalent industry experience is preferred. Required experience must include at least one (1) year of systems engineering. Continuous Improvement/Lean Sigma skills and experience required; Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt desired. Experience managing complex projects and programs is required. Formal project management certification is highly desired. An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.
