Leading the center team in identification of market strategy and business development opportunity and planning efforts Proactively identifying, sourcing and establishing new referral sources, while maintaining strong relationships with existing partners Achieving facility census goals and annual budget projections. Conducting market evaluations and developing strategies to maximize center areas of specialization, points of differences to yield admission return Driving community outreach efforts and events to showcase center points of difference Promoting services and programs of nursing facilities to increase referral volume. Other responsibilities as required Qualifications for Director of Business Development

High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree Minimum 3+ years in a related Business Development position within long term care or related healthcare setting. Previous and demonstrated health care business development experience. Must have strong sense of urgency, self-motivation and goal-orientation. Ability to work flexible hours, as marketing responsibilities may dictate. Benefits for Director of Business Development
