Your role We’re looking for a Market Director to:
serve as financial advisor to personal clients while managing branch responsibilities and day-to-day operations
be responsible for financial results, overseeing cost and risk management
attract, recruit, develop and retain skilled talent
coach all team members, ensuring the right training and that development measures are results-oriented and transparent
manage and resolve all escalated issues, including financial, reputational, compliance, supervisory, operational and HR governance risks
Salary details
Seattle: the salary range for this role is $225000 to $275000. The expected salary range(s) as of the date of this posting are based on factors including experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Your team You’ll be working as part of Wealth Management Americas. We help high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families meet their financial goals through financial advisors who deliver products and services designed for them. You will lead the Pacific Northwest Market team, reporting directly to the divisional director. You’ll manage a group of branch managers and financial advisors across your market, acting as a coach on all aspects of their roles.
Your expertise
ideally 8+ years of experience with a leading financial institution
proven leadership experience in the industry
Series 7, 66, and 9/10
motivated, self-directed and driven
skilled at creating a positive business culture
results-oriented and assertive (you don’t shy away from challenging situations)
