Martha O’Bryan Center (MOBC)
has been committed to building stronger communities by addressing the root causes of poverty and expanding opportunity for children, youth, and families across Nashville and Middle Tennessee. MOBC delivers inclusive, high-quality programs in education, workforce development, community revitalization, and family success, alongside vital advocacy initiatives that aim to eliminate systemic barriers to upward mobility. The next President and CEO will lead these efforts, guiding MOBC through its next era of growth and innovation. This leader will have an extraordinary opportunity to expand the organization’s national impact, strengthen its partnerships, and build on MOBC’s legacy of service and transformation. The incoming CEO will also foster organizational sustainability, drive strategic initiatives, and serve as a visible ambassador for MOBC’s mission and vision. Compensation and Benefits The compensation range for this position annually is
$300,000–$350,000 , with relocation assistance available. A generous benefits package is offered, including: Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Basic and Voluntary Life/AD&D Insurance Disability Insurance Accident, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Flexible Spending Account 401(k) Retirement Plan with a 4% match Responsibilities
The President and CEO will lead MOBC’s efforts to advance economic mobility, education, and equity; guide organizational growth and innovation; strengthen partnerships; and steward fundraising, advocacy, and organizational sustainability.
