This role provides specialized, personalized service and guidance to financial center clients across borrowing and banking offerings throughout the client life cycle. Key responsibilities include acquiring new relationships and deepening existing ones by conducting client meetings and presenting customized solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals. The role balances sales performance, operational risk, and client relationship care through specialized expertise. Responsibilities

Recommend financial advice and guidance aligned with client goals and needs Build and deepen relationships with new and existing clients using full bank capabilities Analyze client financial needs and apply knowledge of borrowing and banking to suggest suitable financial services Engage with clients through outreach and pipeline management; conduct consistent follow-up Make decisions on client requests and refer to internal partners when appropriate Partner with financial center leaders and market leaders to provide guidance and coaching to associates for an exceptional client experience Required Qualifications

Demonstrated experience and success in business-to-business sales or small business banking Strong communication skills with the ability to influence clients Effective customer service skills to manage the full client end-to-end experience and resolve problems Ability to build productive partnerships and working relationships Experience with outbound phone sales Desired Qualifications

Experience with financial information, spreadsheets, and financial skills Experience with in-person customer service and sales Experience working with small business clients Experience meeting or exceeding goals Working knowledge of small business products and services Skills

As a Business Solutions Advisor, you act as the on-site business specialist addressing emerging business owners’ and small business clients’ business and personal needs. You conduct client-centric Business Priorities meetings and leverage appointment-setting strategies to fulfill financial needs. Client Engagement and Growth

Assist clients with digital banking solutions. Prioritize portfolio activity based on seasonality, client segments, and last contact date to increase connectivity. Advocate for clients in every interaction by listening to business priorities, providing advice, and connecting clients to available benefits along their journey. Maintaining regular client contact, preparing for meetings, and coordinating with teammates and partners to support client goals. Maryland pay range: $26.00 - $33.72 hourly. Offers determined based on experience, education and skill set. Formulaic incentive eligible; incentives are based on defined metrics and may include monthly, quarterly, or annual opportunities. This role is currently benefits eligible. Important notice
