Solution Architects conduct architectural evaluation, design and analysis of client Enterprise-wide systems; they stimulate apt design discipline to leverage operation models into RPA solution design models. They are responsible for ensuring that the architecture aligns with enterprise roadmap and adheres to enterprise architecture principles. What you\'ll do at UiPath

Conduct architectural evaluation, design, and analysis of client enterprise-wide systems.

Develop, enhance, and maintain established service design procedure and process to assure apt and robust solution.

Create and maintain coding standards and ensure they are followed in the team; conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.

Head responsibility for ongoing suggestions and best practices for implementations, custom solutions, product support, and above all the UiPath Enterprise Platform itself.

Collaborate with IT development team to assure architectural solution could be suitably translated into effectual and robust implementation.

Identify customer requirements, analyze alternatives, and conduct solution recommendations related to software, platform, and network configurations.

Participate in process discovery and process design meetings; prepare and present the solution design document and the test plan; assist BA and RPA developer in creating the necessary documentation and provide signoff.

What you\'ll bring to the team

5+ years of software development experience in a professional context (e.g. deploying software to production environments)

3+ years of hands-on UiPath development experience OR 3+ years of hands-on experience with a similar automation platform (i.e. Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate)

Professional working knowledge of one or more programing languages such as VB.NET, C#, Python, or Java

Experience successfully leading and mentoring teams of developers

Experience leading and implementing automation solutions with the US Federal Government (Department of Defense preferred)

Strong knowledge of software solution design best practices such as flexibility, scalability, availability, maintainability, security, etc.

Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to LLMs, GenAI, and/or Agentic AI solutions

Strong experience with intelligent document processing (IDP) solutions such as UiPath Document Understanding

Professional experience with broader UiPath product suite (Apps, Action Center, Test Suite, etc.)

Expert knowledge on common UiPath frameworks such as Dispatcher-Performer, REFramework, Attended Automation Framework, etc...

UiPath Developer Professional Certification

UiPath Solution Architect Professional Certification

Public Trust Background Check and/or SECRET or higher security clearance
