Employee will support the PIAB Overpayment Recovery Department, in a production and quality environment, by validating claims to determine if they are overpaid based on Aetna Policy and guidelines.
**Required Qualifications**A minimum of
1+ years QNXT claims experience (reading or processing of claims)Excellent written communication skillsExhibits Heart at Work Behaviors
Meeting or Exceeding all scorecard objectives for a rolling 12 monthsStrong analytical and research skills**Preferred Qualifications**Basic experience in Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Excel, TEAMS)Experience in a production/quality environment
Experience in OPT, Document Viewer, CEQ, GPS, HRP, QNXT, ACAS**Education**High School Diploma or equivalentDisclaimer:

At times, a late day meeting may be scheduled and attendance will be required.**Anticipated Weekly Hours**40**Time Type**Full time**Pay Range**The typical pay range for this role is:$18.50 - $38.82This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
