Experience Requirements:
Experience or training in adult inpatient and evaluation services, with experience in a multidisciplinary team setting.
Board Certified (or Board Eligible psychiatrist if within 5 years of residency).
State of CT, Department of Public Health medical license; DEA; CCSR.
