Practice Details:
Flexible schedule: Standard outpatient hours with the option of a 4-day work week for more time with family, hobbies, and travel.
Manageable patient load: Average 20 patients per day, with 30-minute new visits and 15-minute follow-ups to ensure quality care without rushing.
Minimal call: Light 1:11 phone-only call with no in-person call responsibilities.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive earnings with a total compensation package of $280K-$300K+, boosted by production incentives.
Generous sign-on bonus and relocation support.
Student loan repayment options to ease financial burdens.
$3,500 CME allowance plus 20 PTO days, 9 paid holidays, and additional sick time.
