Overview Salary: $2800 / Week

Amergis Staffing is currently working with a highly regarded facility in Boston, MA and is hiring an experienced MRI Technologist (MRI Tech) on a contractual basis.

Position Details

Contract Length: 13 weeks (+ ability to extend)

Start Date: 10/20

Hours/Shifts/Schedules: 40 hours/week (5x8s) / Evenings / Varying schedules available

Setting: Teaching hospital; Inpatient; Siemens 1.5/3T scanners

Position Requirements

Minimum 2 years of MRI experience + 1 year of inpatient experience

Siemens 1.5/3T experience preferred

MA radiation license

ARRT (MR), BLS

The MRI Technologist uses magnetic resonance imaging scanners and related equipment to capture specific images ordered by a physician to aid in patient diagnosis.

Minimum Requirements

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in the radiology field

Registered with the ARRT; if required by state regulations or contract specification

One (1) year of experience in related field preferred

Current CPR if applicable

TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
