Heartflow Heartflow is a medical technology company advancing the diagnosis and management of coronary artery disease. The flagship product—an AI-driven, non-invasive cardiac test supported by the ACC/AHA Chest Pain Guidelines called the Heartflow FFRCT Analysis—provides a color-coded, 3D model of a patient’s coronary arteries indicating the impact blockages have on blood flow to the heart. Heartflow is the first AI-driven non-invasive integrated heart care solution across the CCTA pathway that helps clinicians identify stenoses in the coronary arteries (RoadMapAnalysis), assess coronary blood flow (FFRCT Analysis), and characterize and quantify coronary atherosclerosis (Plaque Analysis). The Director, Clinical Strategy is responsible for supporting Heartflow’s efforts to generate clinical evidence. The role will interact with HeartFlow’s Clinical, Technology, Medical Affairs and Commercial leadership to align clinical data generation strategy with technology, product, marketing, market access, and regulatory strategies. The role requires monitoring trends in cardiology, clinical AI, digital health, regulatory, and reimbursement landscapes to inform clinical strategy, and collaboration with clinical advisors, key opinion leaders, investigators and academic institutions to ensure strategy is current and forward-looking. A deep understanding of cardiovascular medicine, health technologies, clinical trial strategy, and the evolving landscape of digital health is required, along with exceptional organizational and presentation skills, attention to detail, and comfort working in a fast-paced startup culture.

Support key scientific publication activities. Provide credible engagement representing the company and its objectives to groups of experts, medical professional societies, patient representatives, regulatory bodies, and represent the company at national and international scientific meetings.
