Manager, Adobe Experience Manager Technology We're looking for an experienced Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Group Manager to join our team. If you're passionate about leading technical projects and creating customized online experiences, we encourage you to apply. In this role, you will: Lead software releases for both traditional and modern AEM setups. Collaborate with business teams to plan AEM environment needs based on project requirements. Work with leadership to develop and implement staffing and operational strategies. Contribute to setting short and long-term department goals. Monitor service delivery and report on performance. Turn marketing concepts and business needs into technical strategies and effective solutions. What you'll need: Direct experience with AEM, including "headful" and "headless" implementations. Familiarity with Adobe Launch and Adobe Target. A strong grasp of marketing and how to leverage marketing technology (MarTech) to create personalized web experiences. At least 5 years of experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean). Experience with modern software development practices like DevOps, test automation, test-driven development, and Site Reliability Engineering. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences.
