Overview

The Department of Radiology and Biomedical Imaging is seeking an Interventional Radiologist for a faculty position. The selected candidate will be appointed at the rank of Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor in the Clinical X, In Residence, or HS Clinical series, depending on qualifications and interests. Responsibilities

Commit to building a strong academic career and excellence in clinical care, teaching, and research. Lead the medical student teaching in Interventional Radiology at SF VAMC as Course Director. Provide clinical services at the San Francisco Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) and at other UCSF Health and UCSF-affiliated sites, including UCSF Moffitt/Long Hospital, Precision Care Medical Building, Mission Bay hospitals, and Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital (ZSFG). Qualifications

MD degree (or equivalent) Ability to practice medicine in California Completion of ACGME-accredited interventional radiology fellowship or interventional radiology residency Board certified (or eligible) by the American Board of Radiology or prepared to enter ABR Alternate Pathway Eligible for appointment at the VA Applicant materials must list current and/or pending qualifications by the time of the faculty appointment start date Application Process
