Overview
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented
Executive Director/Administrator
with leadership experience to lead our team of Assisted Living professionals! Executive Director/Administrator Responsibilities
Ensure that residents and families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere which recognizes the individuals’ needs and rights
Develop and maintain positive relationships with staff at all levels throughout the community
Ensure that appropriate staffing levels are met that meet the needs of the community and state guidelines
Solid performance management skills, including the ability to communicate performance expectations
Oversee and assist in the preparation of annual budgets for the community, collaborating with the management team to ensure that all departments consistently meet monthly budget guidelines
Executive Director/Administrator Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care Administration, Business Administration, or Human Services preferred
High school diploma or equivalent plus 4 years related experience required
The ability to be licensed and in good standing, as an administrator for assisted living, within a prescribed time frame in states requiring such a license/certification
Experience working in senior care and dementia preferred
Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly required
