Job Title: E-Commerce Coordinator (English/Korean Bilingual)

Weverse America Inc. is looking for a highly motivated E-Commerce Coordinator to be responsible for supporting the day-to-day e-commerce operations for the US Weverse Shop.
This role will directly report to the Associate Manager, E-commerce.
Responsibilities
Ownership of website and mobile app activities, including new product uploads and launches (merchandise and albums)
Manage special events and promotions within the US Weverse shop
Ensures all product listings align with guidelines and adhere to specific requirements
Generates performance metrics reports for the team to review and identify opportunities for improvement
Provides customer service support to address and resolve product and delivery issues
Participate and initiate ad hoc projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or related field
1+ years of relevant website operations or e-commerce experience
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Adaptable, proactive, and keen to work in a fast-paced environment
Tech savviness with an ability to learn new software systems quickly
Strong interest or passion in the music industry or K-pop is highly desired
