Job Description#肿瘤事业部 R364267**职位描述:**在指定的区域内积极开展公司产品的介绍和推广,与医疗机构建立并维持良好的合作交流关系,确保公司下达的各项推广目标的达成,同时确保公司产品的市场占有率和增长率。**工作职责:****区域目标*** 在指定的区域内, 达到指定产品的目标,市场占有率和增长率,并有效地利用资源和控制费用* 按照公司规定的医疗机构覆盖和拜访频率,制定相应医疗机构的拜访计划并实施* 运用适当的推广技巧和有效地利用产品资料,向医疗机构提供医疗咨讯并介绍产品(包括处理问题),使其了解并接受产品之特性和利益* 保持高水准的专业拜访,不断提高医疗机构的满意度,并建立长久良好的合作交流关系* 挖掘现有市场潜力,并不断开发潜在市场,确保公司产品市场占有率的增长* 执行公司市场开发策略和计划,完成新产品的进药计划* 根据公司的推广策略组织有特色的学术活动推广产品**区域管理*** 通过区域目标管理,确立本辖区的目标和计划,达到预期的目标、市场占有率和增长率,开发辖区内的潜在市场* 建立和及时更新、反馈并保持一个详尽而准确的医疗机构资料,并利用这些资料来制定行动计划,安排拜访活动,有效及充分地利用时间* 定期分析区域情况,确立有潜力的市场作为区域发展的重点* 及时通知医疗机构的医务人员或药事人员有关服务,产品,价格,供货渠道、市场发展等方面的信息* 跟踪、了解医疗机构库存,进货情况,确保合理的库存及防止断货情形的发生* 确保医疗机构每月产品的消耗,防止产品过期退回* 与市场和商务部配合,和负责医院内的专家保持良好的业务关系,以使招标和医保目录评审的成功* 了解竞争产品及竞争对手的活动,收集竞争者的市场资讯,及时反映给上级主管,并提供相应意见* 及时、准确地完成各项报表* 有效、合理地使用公司的各项费用和资源**产品知识*** 掌握完整的,不断更新的产品知识,确保产品推广信息与公司市场部保持一致* 通过不断学习,熟悉产品的有关资料并且熟练、灵活运用* 充分学习和利用市场部提供的其他资料,以利于产品推广* 阅读与产品有关的各类医学杂志,文章与报告* 了解竞争对手同类产品的相关知识**职业操守*** 确保在产品推广和日常工作中, 严格遵守公司的各项SOP和财务制度,确保自己的行为符合公司的道德准则和原则* 保持良好的专业形象,着装符合职业标准,言行举止符合公司要求* 具有敬业精神,对本职工作积极投入**团队合作*** 积极参加团队的各项活动* 与同事分享、交流信息, 互相帮助, 使个人和团队共同发展* 完成主管下达的各项临时任务**职位要求****:****学历背景:*** 大专或以上学历;本科,医学、药学或相关专业优先**工作经验:*** 2-3年医院医药代表工作经验;外资制药公司工作经验优先**技能:*** 岗位技能:产品及市场知识 ;产品推广技巧及流程;区域管理;业务的敏锐性;辅导他人* 行为能力:以客户为中心;聆听;解决问题;正直可靠;以行动为导向* 进阶行为能力:自我认识;表达技能;时间管理Current Employees applyCurrent Contingent Workers apply**Search Firm Representatives Please Read Carefully**
