Position overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic ophthalmologist with a focus on comprehensive ophthalmology to join our practice. The clinical practice would consist of outpatient clinic and outpatient surgery time in the Washington, DC region. This opportunity would allow the physician to join a large, integrated health care system while being able to easily establish and maintain a positive work-life balance. Key responsibilities
Provide expert care in comprehensive ophthalmology, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of a wide range of conditions, in an office with state-of-the-art equipment. Work closely with a dedicated team to ensure the highest standards of patient care. Engage in patient education and build lasting relationships within the community. Contribute to the growth and development of the practice through collaboration and innovation. Maintain detailed and accurate patient records. Qualifications
Medical degree with board certification/eligibility in ophthalmology. Demonstrated clinical skills and a passion for patient care. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a busy, high-volume practice. As a MedStar Medical Group clinician, you can expect

This position has a hiring range of $285,000 to $340,000. In addition to salary, MedStar Health offers a comprehensive health care package and other benefits. The salary offered is based on legitimate, non-discriminatory factors set by MedStar Health. No amount is wages until earned, vested, and determinable under applicable policies. Bonus and other compensation are at the sole discretion of MedStar Health.
