Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon We are currently seeking a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon to join our dedicated team in Tampa, FL. This position is ideal for a results-driven professional passionate about both cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. Working part-time or full-time, you will provide expert care and craft personalized treatment plans in our state-of-the-art facility, which supports a diverse patient base and stays on the cutting edge of surgical technologies and methodologies. Salary:

$225,000.00 - $1,000,000.00 per year Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Perform various plastic surgery procedures including cosmetic enhancements and reconstructive surgeries. Conduct comprehensive patient consultations to discuss desires, options, and realistic outcomes. Create tailored treatment plans while explaining procedures, risks, and post-operative care thoroughly. Ensure accurate and complete documentation of patient records, adhering to legal and health standards. Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the best possible patient outcomes. Engage in continual learning and professional development to stay abreast of advancements in plastic surgery. Minimum Position Qualifications: Must be Board Certified in Plastic Surgery. Hold a valid medical license to practice in the state of Florida. Demonstrable experience in a wide range of plastic surgical procedures. Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities. Commitment to adhering to the highest ethical standards and patient confidentiality rules. Proven ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting. Preferred Qualifications: Sub-specialization in areas such as microsurgery, aesthetic breast surgery, or pediatric reconstructive surgery. Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a medical setting. Skills: Expertise in cutting-edge surgical techniques and technologies. Proficiency in patient management software and digital record keeping. Strong analytical skills to evaluate patient needs and outcomes effectively.
