Senior Vice President, Executive Search & Partner – Life Sciences/Healthcare. Location: Virtual/remote, U.S.-based. Travel as needed for client meetings, conferences, and team gatherings. We specialize in discovering and placing world-class Board, C-Suite, and senior management professionals. We’re hiring for a Senior Vice President, Executive Search & Partner to lead full lifecycle retained searches and drive new client development. Responsibilities
Develop and expand client relationships in life sciences and healthcare. Drive new business development and maintain key accounts. Lead retained executive searches from intake through completion (Board to C-Suite). Partner with a delivery team (sourcer, RA, data) to ensure flawless execution. Attend industry conferences and client events to expand reach and visibility. Collaborate with firm leadership on growth strategy and thought leadership. Deliver an exceptional client and candidate experience. Qualifications
Proven retained executive search experience (10+ years preferred). Demonstrated success closing $1M+ in search execution annually. Strong business development track record ($400–500K in new clients). Experience in life sciences/healthcare markets (preferred). Consultative, relationship-driven, with excellent client management skills. Strong executive presence; credible with Boards and C-Suite leaders. Transparent, collaborative, and entrepreneurial mindset. What You Get
Base salary $175K–$230K, plus uncapped commissions (new business + search execution). OTE $400K–$500K+; 1-year guarantees on searches. Full virtual work environment with transparent leadership. Collaborative culture, team retreats, conference travel, and community involvement.
