The incumbent is responsible for managing WUWF’s membership program, fundraising campaigns, outreach opportunities and special events. The key responsibilities include maintaining membership database and donation platforms ensuring successful daily/weekly/monthly processing of credit cards and EFTs. Managing monthly membership renewal process and all aspects of the sustaining membership program including: data analysis and reporting to ensuring program is operating correctly; maintain communication with members (emails and phone calls). Coordinating annual membership fundraising plan/campaign including; sustaining giving, direct mail, gift acknowledgements, membership drives, and year-end tax receipts. Create quarterly e-newsletter for distribution to members. Manage ticket sales and check-in for monthly RadioLive concert series and annual holiday concert. Work with Executive Director in setting strategies and policies related to fundraising, marketing, outreach and special events. Work with adjacent departments and functions (advancement services/database operations, etc.) to maintain quality and integrity of member/audience relationships and data. Maintain knowledge about the external environment as it relates to fundraising in the broadcasting industry and in general. Responsibilities

Manage WUWF’s membership program and fundraising campaigns. Maintain membership database and donation platforms; ensure processing of credit cards and EFTs. Oversee monthly membership renewal process and sustaining membership program. Analyze data and generate reports; communicate with members via emails and phone calls. Coordinate annual membership fundraising plan/campaign (sustaining giving, direct mail, gift acknowledgements, membership drives, year-end tax receipts). Create quarterly member newsletters. Manage ticket sales and check-in for events (RadioLive concert series, annual holiday concert). Collaborate with the Executive Director on fundraising, marketing, outreach and event strategies. Collaborate with adjacent departments to maintain data quality and member relationships. Stay informed about fundraising trends in broadcasting and related industries. Minimum Qualifications

Masters degree in an appropriate area of specialization and two years of appropriate experience, or a bachelors degree in an appropriate area of specialization and four years of appropriate experience. Position Qualifications

Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to juggle multiple initiatives, adapt to evolving priorities, and meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word (mail merge). Comfort with CRMs and fundraising databases; experience with Raiser’s Edge a plus. Preferred Qualifications

Experience in fundraising and donor relations. Exceptional customer service, organizational and time management skills. A self-starter who can perform daily tasks with little supervision. Experience working in a fast-paced office with an integrated team. Salary
