We are seeking a driven and strategic
Regional Vice President, Enterprise Sales
to lead our US Central Enterprise sales team. In this role, you will own the entire sales process and lead a high-impact team of Enterprise Account Executives. Your responsibilities include achieving revenue goals, coaching sales talent, and delivering outstanding results through strong leadership, data-driven insights, and rigorous sales execution. Key Responsibilities: Manage and mentor a team of Enterprise Account Executives to meet and exceed sales quotas. Develop and implement best practices to optimize the sales process and achieve revenue targets. Build a transparent KPI framework and utilize tools like Salesforce and Clari for performance monitoring, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making. Recruit, retain, and develop top sales talent, fostering an internal pipeline of future leaders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including revenue operations, marketing, and field engineering to execute the GTM strategy. Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in sales development, inside sales, or enterprise software sales, preferably in SaaS and the cloud data ecosystem. 3+ years of management experience, with a proven ability to inspire and build high-performing sales teams. Proficiency with Salesforce, marketing operations, sales enablement tools, and outreach software. Ability to thrive in a complex, innovative, and changing environment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders. At Matillion, we offer competitive compensation aligned with market standards, including an estimated annual salary range of $164,000 - $246,000, plus variable pay through sales commissions, with total on-target earnings between $328,000 - $492,000.
