We are seeking a collaborative, high-energy entrepreneur to serve as Vice President of Customer Solutions to advance our Operational Support Team. Those colleagues who can not only broaden and deepen our existing footprint, but especially those who relish "white space" and are excited to lead s into new customer situations.

Responsibilities The Vice President, Customer Solutions serves as a force multiplier for growth – not only at the “tip of the spear” in identifying, originating, and qualifying opportunities, but leading teams through the entire business development lifecycle through award. This highly visible role will be at the center of the design and execution of our strategic account strategies, as well as leading our efforts against corresponding pipelines for a designated set of customers. This individual will lead the promotion and support of ITA's assessment, development, and implementation of innovative business strategies to strengthen the company's market position and achieve the company's financial and strategic objectives. The candidate will target $20M - 99M opportunites as mid size and $100M + as large opportunities. Opportunities to prime contracts are highly valued. The Vice President is also charged with building and leading growth efforts across the organization in multiple markets, integrating current contracts with new opportunities.

Specific responsibilities include :

Identify, qualify, shape, and win opportunities. The candidate will lead and close capture opportunites; representing ITA and marshalling the ITA resources to identify and close deals.

Develop customer relationships and position for opportunities using a consultative business development approach.

Lead customer meetings (e.g., initial discussions, formal presentations, informal conversations).

Manage a multi-year opportunity pipeline within assigned DoD agencies / market segments.

Inspire, motivate, and lead teams – without direct line authority – to achieve distinctive results.

Work closely with corporate and business unit leadership, proposal support, contracts management, pricing and other colleagues to ensure the development and delivery of winning proposals.

Play a central role in helping to develop account strategies.

Lead internal opportunity problem-solving and gate review discussions.

Develop effective teaming partnership with other firms.

As a member of the ITA leadership team, collaborate with corporate and business unit leadership to improve Pwin, conduct proposal reviews, develop innovative solutions to promote ITA’s domain expertise and data analytics capability, use knowledge of the market and competitors to identify and develop the company’s unique value propositions and differentiators, and attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market needs and solutions.

Qualifications

Perseverance and tenacity in leading opportunities through the entire lifecycle

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, energetic, and collaborative environment

Experience building relationships and networks within DoD customers

Bachelor's degree and 7-10 or more years of experience in leading Business Development and capture activities.

Established relationships with senior military personnel and government leaders in the Federal Defense space.

Excellent organization and communication (e.g., executive-level presentation) skills, whether in person or virtual environments

Ability to build trusted relationships externally (e.g., customer, teaming partners) and internally (e.g., senior and junior colleagues)

Experience / knowledge of GovWin or other opportunity research tools

Active Secret Clearance

Desired Experience :

Demonstrated access to key government customers and industry partners

Winning record leading highly competitive captures and proposals

Proven experience developing and implementing a business growth strategy

Proposal and technical writing experience in support of target markets.

Comfortable meeting with new clients and diverse organizations
