We are seeking a hands-on IT Manager to oversee all aspects of our information technology infrastructure and systems. In this critical role within an established engineering and manufacturing company specializing in precision hydraulic and pneumatic control valves and components, you will be the linchpin for ensuring the seamless operation of our ERP, CAD/CAM, shop floor integration, and general business productivity tools. Key Responsibilities

Manage, maintain, and secure all IT infrastructure, including servers (Windows Server, Active Directory), networks (LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs), and virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V). Oversee the administration, optimization, and support of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and associated modules, ensuring data integrity and system availability. Develop and implement robust cybersecurity strategies, policies, and procedures to protect company assets and data from evolving threats. Provide comprehensive technical support and guidance to all users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues efficiently. Lead IT projects from conception to completion, including system upgrades, software implementations, and infrastructure improvements. Manage IT vendor relationships, procurement of hardware/software, and strategic budget planning. Support specialized manufacturing systems, including CAD/CAM software and shop floor integration technologies. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and best practices for IT operations and data security. Recommended Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of progressive experience in IT management or a senior IT role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Proven expertise in managing and supporting ERP systems (e.g., Epicor, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics). Strong knowledge of network administration (TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewalls, VPN) and server management (Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy). Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V). Demonstrated ability to implement and manage robust cybersecurity measures. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications

Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Security+, Microsoft Certified Professional, Cisco certifications). Experience with Industrial Control Systems (ICS) or Operational Technology (OT) integration. Project management experience with a proven track record of successful IT initiative delivery.
