ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for a Developer Experience Engineer to join our rapidly growing team in Seattle, WA. As a Developer Experience Engineer, you will create compelling technical content, developer tools, and sample applications designed to inspire developers and enable them to succeed in writing integrations with Lattice. You will engage with developers both internally and externally, demonstrating best practices and building innovative applications to ensure that they are successful. We’re looking for people who combine strong technical skills, creativity, and a passion for engaging with and empowering developers. WHAT YOU'LL DO
Develop demos and sample applications demonstrating cutting-edge integrations with Lattice. Create high-quality technical content—including tutorials, blog posts, videos, and code samples—to showcase what can be achieved with Lattice. Actively engage with and foster a vibrant local and global developer ecosystem around Anduril’s platform. Represent Anduril at developer events and online platforms, serving as a knowledgeable, approachable advocate for developers. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure adoption and success of Anduril’s developer tools and APIs. Gather and synthesize developer feedback to inform and enhance our product roadmap. Contribute directly to improving and refining Anduril’s developer interfaces and capabilities. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Are passionate about crafting exceptional developer experiences and creating inspirational technical content and projects. Bring a robust full-stack engineering background with demonstrated experience building innovative applications. Have strong user empathy and care deeply about delivering experiences developers truly appreciate. Have a proven track record of successfully creating engaging technical content, compelling demos, or innovative developer tooling that accelerates technology adoption. Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and marketing teams. Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Public speaking experience at technical conferences or events. Experience with defense or government technology applications. Knowledge of software development in mission-critical environments, such as air-gapped and safety-critical systems. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
US Salary Range $132,000 - $198,000 USD The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full-time offers and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
