Intuit is seeking a highly analytical and communicative Senior Staff Business Systems Analyst to join the Finance Analytics & Systems team. The team's mission is to drive faster, better decisions and enable tools to assist leaders to make investment decisions with speed, ease and confidence. The team supports company-wide financial analytics to forecast, budget, analyze and report with data analytic solutions. We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to work with Intuit Finance partners and technical teams in delivering Corporate Planning capabilities for growing business needs and provide support for Financial planning and reporting tools. This role offers the opportunity to creatively solve complex business challenges and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has experience supporting finance planning systems in support of finance close, budget, and forecast processes. What you’ll bring
7+ years of experience related to financial planning systems and integrations Candidates with degrees in Finance, Economics, CS and Mathematics thrive in this role Technical experience administering Oracle Cloud EPM Suite modules (EPBCS, EDMCS, Narrative Reporting, Strategic modeling, IPM Insights) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail Solid background in metadata management, data warehousing with hands on SQL experience Experience leading cross functional team projects Experience with streamlining processes and automation (Python, MaxL, R etc) to build process efficiencies such as automated data validation to improve data quality; automated data processing, system monitoring, user security to improve administration Knowledge of Finance and Accounting processes such as experience supporting Month end close activities for Corporate Finance Excellent team player with energy, enthusiasm and attention to detail to produce high quality deliverables in a fast paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences Extensive experience in working with cross-functional business teams with ability to negotiate and influence project outcomes Ability to prioritize and plan work to meet time-based deliverables How you will lead
Senior Staff Business Systems Analyst will lead efforts to build and administer financial planning solutions Support finance analysts by providing technical and functional support, communication and end user training Partner with business/finance and technology teams to gather requirements/use cases and drive solutions end-to-end Prototype and iterate on new planning, data and analytics solution ideas to improve insights, automate or reduce manual work; effectively manage the change that results from the introduction of new technology and processes Ensure operational excellence and streamline processes across the FP&A Planning Ecosystem (Cloud EPM, EDMCS, Narrative Reporting, Strategic Modeling, IPM Insights, Data Exchange, Groovy Scripting) Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay-for-performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $178,000 - $241,000. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs. Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
