Legal document preparation Trial preparation Drafting pleadings and briefs Conducting commercial litigation Participating in depositions Researching and writing legal documents Engaging in oral advocacy Understanding civil procedure Drafting motions Working on business litigation cases Issuing subpoenas Assisting with family law cases Providing litigation support Practicing motion practice Assisting with pre-litigation tasks Required Skills
Excellent research and writing skills Prior litigation experience Interest in oral advocacy Knowledge of civil procedure Ability to draft motions Deposition Wills Settlement Negotiation Technical Skills
