Our affiliate, Unified Women's Healthcare of Texas, is looking for an Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician to join their Women\'s Health Care Center in Dallas, TX. Join a compassionate group who provide a team approach to patient care. Every member of our staff is focused on making the patient experience in our office individualized and meaningful. The practice is located in North Dallas and has been experiencing growth in recent years. It is well established and has served women in the Dallas metro area for the last 15 years. The hospital where deliveries and gynecological surgical procedures are performed is Medical City Dallas and provides OB/GYN hospitalist support, women\'s health subspecialists, and a high level NICU unit. The practice offers a very competitive compensation package and opportunities for professional growth, including training in the placenta accreta surgical procedure. This is a strong fit for new residents seeking mentorship for a smooth transition into private practice. Growing practice that provides comprehensive women\'s health services including a med spa Opportunity to learn the placenta accreta surgical procedure that the practice specializes in 1 office location and 1 Hospital (Medical City Dallas) with Level 4 NICU, OB/GYN Hospitalist support, women\'s health subspecialists, and the da Vinci robotic system for specialized gynecology surgical procedures Can schedule major surgeries as you go; many minimally invasive procedures are performed in the office Successful practice financially and in patient care for over 15 years Some flexibility in scheduling Great work/life balance with a well-established call group limiting call to 3 days per month with no full weekends Patient Census: 20 per day Average of 10–12 deliveries per month Competitive salary and income guarantee for the first 2 years Productivity-based income model $60K Sign on Bonus Potential for partnership after 2 years City/Location Highlights
