Overview Think Academy is a forward-thinking educational institution committed to empowering students through innovative learning experiences. As we continue to grow, we're seeking a dedicated and motivated HR Business Partner to join our dynamic HR Team. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process within the education sector.

Responsibilities

Support employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and recognition programs

Provide first-line HR support to employees and escalate complex matters as needed

Assist in resolving employee relations issues under guidance of senior HR team

Partner with recruiters to support end-to-end hiring processes

Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and assist with offer and onboarding activities

Qualifications

Degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; new graduates are also welcome to apply

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail; ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in programs such as Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, Calendly, etc.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse is preferred, but not required

Eagerness to learn and contribute to the recruitment process

Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality

Bilingual in Mandarin is required

Base Salary: $75,000-$80,000; Annual Performance Bonus: Up to 15%
