Were looking for a

Passionate, Communicative, and Client-Facing

hands-on Integration Engineer to join our fast-growing engineering team at Topsort!

This is not just another engineering role here, youll have the opportunity to take full ownership of integrations, working directly with

customers

to shape how our cutting-edge retail media API solutions seamlessly connect with the worlds leading retailers, marketplaces, and delivery apps. Key Responsibilities

Own the entire integration process You wont just be following instructions; youll be

leading integrations end-to-end , solving complex challenges, and acting as a

trusted technical advisor

to our clients. Be the bridge between tech & customer success Work directly with

clients, engineers, and product teams

to deeply understand their needs and

ensure seamless API integrations . Your solutions wont just be functionaltheyll be impactful and user-friendly, strengthening long-term customer relationships. Solve real-world challenges with agility Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize integrations for

top-tier retailers and marketplaces , ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your quick thinking and hands-on problem-solving will directly enhance the client experience. Build stronger client relationships This isnt just a technical role; youll be the

face of our engineering team in APAC , helping customers navigate their integration journey. Youll

own key client interactions , build trust, and

become a go-to expert

for their integration needs. Experience the world This role comes with international travel opportunities, allowing you to

Build smarter tools & automation Develop internal tools and frameworks to streamline and simplify integrations, making them more scalable and efficient for future clients. Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or related field. 5+ years of experience in software development. Strong communication skills and experience interacting with customers and stakeholders. Proficient in building integration tools and APIs. Experience with RESTful APIs, data formats (JSON, XML), and authentication methods (OAuth). Preferred experience: Experience in SaaS integrations or ad tech. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and integration platforms. What We Value
