Job Overview: A leading law firm is seeking experienced lateral partner candidates to join its Corporate & Private Equity team. This position offers flexibility in location across multiple office locations, and candidates must be in good standing with their respective state bar. Location: Atlanta, GA Duties: Provide strategic advice to companies, private equity funds, and venture capital funds Handle mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and general corporate governance Engage in business development and client relationship management Draft and review complex transactional documents Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations Requirements: 10 to 15 years of meaningful corporate/transactional experience In-depth knowledge of mergers and acquisitions and private equity Proven track record in corporate governance Strong business development skills with some portable business Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.)
