The Emerging Leaders Program (ELP) is a rotational leadership development program. Start date for the program is in June/July 2026. Organization Context

The Global Product Development & Supply (GPS) Organization at BMS develops, manufactures, and supplies medicines, driving productivity and excellence. GPS includes Product Development, Global Supply Chain, Global Quality, Global Technical Services, Manufacturing Science and Technology, Global Business Unit (Biologics and Pharma), and Cell Therapy Operations. Program Structure

The ELP is a 2.5-3 year rotational leadership development program comprising four rotations of approximately eight months each, spanning GPS functions and locations. Rotations may include technical leadership, supervisory roles, strategy development, supply chain optimization, plant manufacturing experience, project management, and continuous improvement initiatives. The program provides training in technical, managerial, and leadership skills, with coaching and mentoring from executives, alumni, and peers. Upon completion, associates are prepared for leadership roles within GPS. We seek high-potential, ambitious individuals interested in long-term careers at BMS and making an impact for patients. Key Requirements

MS or MBA (required) or PhD (preferred) with a background in STEM, Healthcare, or Supply Chain and a 3.0+ Undergraduate & Graduate GPA Two to three years of full-time work experience (any industry; internships or co-ops not included) in: Process Engineering, Process Improvement, Manufacturing Operations, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Supply Chain, Postdoctoral Research, Chemistry or Analytical Lab Ability and willingness to relocate within and outside the United States Flexibility to relocate to any BMS Domestic GPS site, with possible rotation at an international GPS site Demonstrated leadership, strong communication/presentation, and effective teamwork/cross-functional collaboration Technical skills with biopharma utility, strong problem solving and quantitative abilities High initiative to operate independently in on-going team projects Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships across diverse teams Second language proficiency preferred Authorized to work in the US at hire and for the duration of employment; immigration or visa sponsorship is not available Work Experience & Development Opportunities

The starting compensation for this role ranges from $100,000 to $118,000, plus incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility).
