Job Description Primary Care Physician needed for industry leading Primary Care Group to support expansion into the San Antonio, TX

Specialty : Primary Care, Family Practice or Internist

Type of Position : Permanent Full Time

Work Schedule : Monday - Friday (8A-4P or 9A-5P)

Start Date : December 2025

Facility Type : Clinic

Clinical Setting : Outpatient

Patients Per day :

Average of 15-20 per day

Support Staff : Advanced practice providers and Medical Assistants

Credentialing Time Frame : 30 days

Location : San Antonio, TX

Licensing Requirements : Active TX medical license

Board Certification : American Board Certified or Board Eligible required (Family Practice or Internal Medicine)

Willing to accept J1 or H1 visa candidates? : No

Compensation :

Base Salary $250,000 + 16.6% annual bonus

Benefits Offered : Paid malpractice with Tail, Life insurance, relocation assistance, Health savings account, Medical, PTO (18-37 days annually, pto is accrued based on years of service) 401k and CME allowance of $2500-$5000 / year.
