Key Responsibilities
Plan, supervise, and manage daily site operations for infrastructure projects.
Review construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
Develop and monitor work schedules, progress, and resource allocation to ensure timely project delivery.
Coordinate and liaise with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, authorities, and internal stakeholders.
Ensure site work complies with safety, health, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Control and monitor project costs, manpower, and materials to achieve efficiency.
Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical or operational issues.
Lead site meetings, prepare progress reports, and update management on project status.
Handle claims, variations, and ensure proper documentation.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Project Manager or senior management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
At least
5 years’ experience
in civil/infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contracts, and regulations in Singapore.
Proven ability to lead site teams, manage subcontractors, and deliver projects successfully.
Proficient in MS Office and project management software.
Strong problem-solving skills, leadership, and communication abilities.
