Director, Membership & Engagement, 106280 The University of West Florida invites applications for the full-time position of WUWF Public Media - Director, Membership & Engagement, 106280. The incumbent is responsible for managing WUWF’s membership program, fundraising campaigns, outreach opportunities and special events. Responsibilities

Maintain membership database and donation platforms, ensuring successful processing of credit cards and EFTs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Manage monthly membership renewal process and all aspects of the sustaining membership program, including data analysis, reporting, and member communication (emails and phone calls). Coordinate annual membership fundraising plan and campaigns, including sustaining giving, direct mail, gift acknowledgements, membership drives, and year-end tax receipts. Create and distribute a quarterly e-newsletter for members. Manage ticket sales and check-in for the monthly RadioLive concert series and the annual holiday concert. Collaborate with the Executive Director to set strategies and policies related to fundraising, marketing, outreach and special events. Work with adjacent departments (advancement services/database operations, etc.) to maintain quality and integrity of member/audience relationships and data. Maintain knowledge of the external environment as it relates to fundraising in the broadcasting industry and in general. Minimum Qualifications

Masters degree in an appropriate area of specialization and two years of appropriate experience, or a bachelors degree in an appropriate area of specialization and four years of appropriate experience. Position Qualifications

Strong project management and organizational skills, attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives, adapt to evolving priorities, and meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word (mail merge). Comfort working with CRMs and fundraising databases; experience with Raiser’s Edge is a plus. Preferred Qualifications

Experience in fundraising and donor relations. Exceptional customer service, organizational and time management skills. A self-starter who can perform daily tasks with little to no supervision. Experience in a fast-paced office environment with a highly integrated team. Salary
