Pediatric Hospitalist Physician at Tenet Healthcare
Tenet Healthcare and University Pediatricians are seeking a full-time Pediatric Hospitalist in Detroit, MI, to join an established team focused on hospital medicine. Responsibilities include attending deliveries, performing newborn resuscitation, and working at two local hospitals: Children’s Hospital of Michigan and DMC Hutzel Women’s Hospital. Candidates must be BE / BC in Pediatrics, possess a Michigan license, and be comfortable with a range of procedural skills.
Tenet Healthcare, along with University Pediatricians, is actively seeking a Pediatric Hospitalist for a full-time, employed opportunity in Detroit, MI.

The group currently staffs all general pediatric inpatient teams, including non-resident teams and the observation unit at Children’s Hospital of Michigan.
We are seeking physicians passionate about hospital medicine who are comfortable with procedural skills. Shifts will be scheduled at Children’s Hospital of Michigan and DMC Hutzel Women’s Hospital, including attending deliveries and newborn resuscitation.

About Children’s Hospital of Michigan:
Founded in 1886, Children’s Hospital of Michigan is the first and largest freestanding children’s hospital in the state, with over 40 pediatric subspecialties and 228 inpatient beds. Candidate Requirements:
MD or DO degree required
Board eligible/certified in Pediatrics (or Med-Peds with an interest in Hospital Medicine)
Michigan licensed or eligible for licensure
Comfortable with newborn resuscitation, intubation, delivery care, circumcisions, and lumbar punctures
