Flexible scheduling - 18 service weeks a year and all night call is home call. Smaller PICU with lower volumes giving ample work-life balance. Lucrative compensation package starting at the 75th percentile ($559,291.20 total compensation starting). 20.2% unmatched retirement package - earn over 7 figures for retirement!
