Compensation: $165,000–$200,000 base salary + production (commensurate with experience)

The Opportunity We are seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join our team. While prior experience is preferred, motivated newer graduates will be mentored and supported. This role offers:
A diverse caseload of small animal medicine and surgery Strong support staff with excellent technician-to-doctor ratios A healthy work-life balance with flexible scheduling options and no weekends A practice culture focused on collegiality, mentorship, and professional growth Opportunities to shadow and collaborate with ER and specialty teams as desired
Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality medical, surgical, and preventive care
Build strong relationships with clients through communication and education
Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure the best outcomes
