Overview
Growing Pediatric Department in a New Residency Program We are looking for doctors to join our pediatric team. We prefer candidates who have special training in Neurology and Child Neurology. Responsibilities
Your work will involve taking care of children in the hospital and in our outpatient clinics. You should have strong clinical skills and a passion for teaching. A part of your job will be to educate residents and medical students. Opportunity
We are looking for candidates at the assistant or associate professor level, but we will consider all levels of experience. There is also a chance to work with EEG and sleep studies. Practice Area
You will care for patients from a large area that covers over 20 counties. We have a strong network for primary care referrals to support this position. This is a great chance to teach, treat, and help bring positive changes to the community. You will have time for research and academic activities as well. Qualifications
You must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology with a Special Qualification in Child Neurology (0-5 years after residency). You should have completed a fellowship before starting. You need an active Michigan license (or be willing to get one). You should be interested in scholarly activities. You must have or be willing to get a Controlled Substance License (CSR/CDS). You need to obtain a DEA license before starting. Certification Requirements
